Bangkok Week 865 — Mika's Photos

It’s Granny & Grandpa’s last full week in Bangkok… and unfortunately, the air is still not cooperating. We did have a lovely lunch at INN TRAIN, and one nice day of air. It’s shaping up to be a classic Bangkok January!

We start this week with a nice chewy slice of sourdough!

And we're inaugurating the school's recycling bins with our UHT collection from the past week.

Arlo's very excited to be bringing his contributions.

It's another lovely air morning, and the garden is abuzz with children. Like these monkeys, riding down the slide on a sled.

Lucy is doing chalk...

... and then getting a sleigh ride herself from Arlo & Mali.

And here we have the world's slowest, shortest Shinkansen.

On Lucy's side, the garden is abuzz and everyone is dancing. (Here, the sleepy dance.)

These two excited readers are sitting next to each other, reading the special books they get to bring home for the weekend.

The air still isn't stellar, but after days and days indoors, we're having lunch at INN TRAIN.

We've not been here since Lucy was born.

It's been restored nicely.

Last time we were here, Arlo wouldn't even go on the trampoline.

The tree house has been improved...

... and they both enjoyed walking along the elevated walkway.

It was another indoor morning, but thankfully, cleared up by football.

Breaking news: we spotted the third turtle!! He's easily missed due to his dark, muddy shell.

Lucy found these ginormous overnight diapers that Arlo wore while in Toronto almost 2 years ago... and loves them. She calls them, "the big diapers".
