Bangkok Week 858

A very special week, with a visit from Puu; a Christmas fair; Lucy’s first cycle at Nong Bon park; and the Father’s Day holiday on Thursday. On, and we got a “new” TV!

It's finally time! Time to ring in the holiday season and put up the decorations!

Arlo is now a pro at decorating the tree.

And he finally understands that you need to look high and low, not just left and right.

We're off to the Bangkok Prep Christmas fair!

We arrived just in time to see Aya's sister, Doreen, perform.

So many children! Such a big school!

The crazy bull had Arlo entertained.

But this one was more their speed.

Driving the little train, first two cars of course.

It went around many times; they got their money's worth.

(Lucy's serious about her popcorn: no eating and walking, let's sit and enjoy it.)

Arlo saw a friend from school doing the wipe out, so he wanted to try too.

We ran into neighbor Yuri, so Arlo and Yuri went in together.

And ice cream cones to celebrate surviving their wipeout.

Time to relax; it was very overwhelming!

Lucy really enjoyed all the giant bubbles.

And so did neighbor Artem.

Back at home after a long afternoon, enjoying our Christmas lights.

Good job, team! It's a nice tree.

Heading to Nong Bon park for a bike ride on Sunday morning.

It's Lucy's first time biking by herself here.

There was lots of stopping-and-starting along the the journey.

And lots of beautiful birds out enjoying the nice weather too.
